Go to gym- by raising your heart rate this will help release endorphines which will help you to relax.
Spend time outdoors in nature.
Trying to stay on top of personal hygiene.
Practice mindfulness such as colouring, yoga or meditation.
Express gratitude, this could be through writing in a gratitude journal.
Connect with others and strengthen relationships.
Sleep- it is recommened adults sleep 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night.
Spend time with animals- this can help ease anxiety and loneliness.
Affirmations- use positive and encouraging statements to help overcome negative thoughts.
Journalling- doing daily check ins with yourself.
Deep breathing excercises help activate the body's relaxation response.
Practice mindfulness techniques to pay attention to the present moment.
Being physically active.
Be creative through drawing or painting.
Read a book, get away from a screen and read a book.
A cup of tea such as chamomile tea, peppermint tea, green tea and tumeric tea these are proven to help with sleep, anxiety, serotonin levels and relieving stress.
Adding healthy foods into your diet can help you feel better as your physical and mental health affect eachother.
Setting boundaries.
Getting outdoors, vitamin D helps fatigue and mood.
